Picture if you will the former space. It was golden oak, with arch top cathedral style doors, country blue countertops, wrap around raised snack bar with oak stools and the room was flipped. The walk path was at one time right where outer island is. This just made so much more sense.

Susan and Tom love to entertain, and when they bought this old house built into the hillside the goal was to brighten the space and yet still keep that warmth that makes a house a home.

It needed to carry the integrity of the old house it is, and yet have freshness and bit of French country flair!
